SIMPLE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
A simple, minimal and easy to be adored cake. Semi sweet and full of chocolate flavour. To be presented plain or decorated with fruits or flowers of your preference and resonance.
BRIOCHE BREAD
A flavour like brioche bread but lighter in butter. In between the classic brioche and a sourdough milk bread. Soft but dense in texture and flavour. Best combined with some good quality butter with fresh herbs, or some cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with a pinch of sea salt from the islands’ rocky shores.
CACAO N ROSE COOKIES
This is a recipe to express my gratitude to you and your support to the sold out Sourdough Bread Workshop. I choose cacao + rose to nourish your body and soul // open the heart and melt her resistance. Let love rule and not fear! Trust your path and intuition. Let your bodies speak to you and create space to listen. A simple and basic recipe for you to fuel your munchies and treat your body with love to some indulgent soul food.
SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA W/ FRESH SAGE + SEA SALT

CHOCOLATE OLIVE OIL LAYERED CAKE
I have a thing for olive oil cakes lately. This one is a plant-based alternative to the classic chocolate cake that actually ended up being even better than the original one.
YELLOW PLUM OLIVE OIL CAKE
Divine, cloudy, moist on the inside and slightly sweet to balance the sharp sour tones of the plums in season. Paired perfectly with vanilla ice cream or whipped vanilla flavoured cream for the chilly days of October.
SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA
Cloudy crumb with a crunchy crust. Best eaten soaked in olive oil and scented with mediterranean herbs.
