WHAT IS INCLUDED

+ Traineeship on the method of bread making with yeast in a slow and conscious way in connection to our bodies and our senses.

+ Traineeship on the Japanese tradition of ‘furoshiki’.

+ All the materials for the bread making and the ‘furoshiki’ dying process.

+ Healthy snacks, fermented drinks and herbal teas.

ALLERGIES INFORMATION

We will work with wheat (gluten) and its flour as well as walnuts.
