Collected right after the summer time, her leaves packed with all the potent healing and cleansing medicinal oils. Dried in the shadow for over a month.
She is fusing together both the essence of the summer, the fire of the sun and the Earth of Greece. Sharing her medicine to the ones that need it and the ones who are seeking to connect to her spirit again in a reminiscence of the Greek summer time.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: To be consumed as a condiment with autumn root vegetables, grounding pumpkins, potatoes and sweet potatoes; as spread on freshly baked sourdough bread; as a base for salad dressings.

The oil on top is a natural phenomenon occurring by the settling of the almond paste at the bottom of the jar. It is a proof of the purity of the product that is made without the use of any emulsifiers or other additives to improve the texture.
Stir before use to emulsify the product again to the desired consistency.
